MEDIATION REDEFINED.
Tim Alger’s approach to mediation sets a new standard in conflict resolution. His unique background as a litigator, business client, and journalist equips him with a multifaceted perspective that proves invaluable in navigating complex disputes.
Tim’s distinctive ability to connect with all parties and their counsel allows him to quickly and effectively get to the core of any dispute. With a background as both a litigator and business client, Tim understands the factors that fuel conflicts and hinder resolution. This insight enables him to invest time early in the process, engage in pre-mediation discussions with counsel, and analyze and navigate complex legal issues, factual disputes, and industry-specific problems.
The Alger Advantage: Tim’s rare combination of interpersonal skills and analytical prowess sets him apart. He establishes rapport with all parties while thoroughly evaluating each case. This balanced approach guides parties towards mutually beneficial resolutions. His early career as a journalist enhances his ability to immerse himself in case facts, apply common sense, and communicate directly with parties.

- Mediation fees are due in full upon booking and must be received no later than 21 days before mediation. We reserve the right to take matters off calendar if fees are not paid timely.
- Fees include a non-refundable administrative fee of $500 per separately represented party. In the event of any cancellation or continuance, this fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellations or continuances 30 days or less prior to mediation will result in forfeiture of the entire mediation fee unless we can fill the date with another matter.
Payment
Fees may be paid by check, credit card (a 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee applies) or ACH bank transfer via LawPay in the link below.
